C.H. Meyer II

Ok
I keep meaning to do these and get sidetracked. Before any other distraction shows up, going to start the first one anyway.
I think it's a good thing this is not widely read. Most of this no one else would ever understand.
My relationship with my five started a long time ago I believe. It was like they followed my like shadows before I ever met them. Each has a distinct personality that I feel like I have always known. Odd to some, familiar to me.
Each child was given a story with their name. Something to make it very special and uniquely theirs. A legacy from their father. He put allot of thought into each one.

My first son. My JJ, but we couldn't use that name. No way was that ever getting access.
Had no idea what to name him when he got here. Discussed junior, VERY briefly. I was just happy he was finally here; names weren't at the top of my list.
Carl Herman Meyer was born 100 years before our original due date. Even though it took an extra two weeks for him to arrive, decided to use that.
However I'm not so big on Herman, and there is already a Carl. Spanish seems to have had a rather large influence on our family. S-I-L suggested a different H name. Just spelled the English way for his English speaking family.
Upon further research, the name has roots. It is Arabic meaning "splendid and bright"
And So we have Carl H. Meyer II, or Havier.
And he is Splendid and Bright.
My fuzzy little peach, who is now becoming a man.
Soon to be a teenager.
My oldest.
